Family-run. Both terminals.
We picked up the keys at BIL first, then RAP a few years later. Same crew at both.
We grew up around the gates. Half of us still fly through BIL or RAP every other week. Every Black Hills Gold piece on the shelf, every Sego Lily tallow jar, every hoodie in the stack, it's there because one of us picked it up at a market or a maker's studio and said "yeah, this belongs at the counter."
No corporate buyer. No catalog rotated in from a warehouse in Phoenix. If a thing doesn't earn its spot, it doesn't make it onto the shelf, and you're not going to find it three terminals later in Denver either.
We pick every shelf ourselves.

Billings and Rapid City have the same curated set. Buy something at BIL, exchange it at RAP, or order from one and pick up at the other if the connection makes more sense.
